Job Description

A staff at this level will prepare monthly reports to inform decision-making; ensure all patients
have a file in the clinic; ensure data integrity is upheld daily by doing regular data cleaning and
validation; retrieve, receive, record and file patient records for accountability purposes; ensure necessary government registers are in pace for daily use; order stationery and other office
consumables to ensure smooth running of clinic operations; validate and ensure authorized patients are treated.

Requirements for Appointment

Successfully completed three (3) year pre-service training in a recognized institution.

Diploma in health records

Be registered with Association of Medical Records Officers of Kenya

With valid practicing license

At least three (3) years post qualification working experience.
