Job Description

We are in need of a Product marketing manager to develop effective marketing strategies and plans, to communicate our products features and benefits to both new and existing customers.

Our Ideal candidate would conduct market research on company products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing, guide sales teams, and develop campaigns around products to attract active customers.

Responsibilities

Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point

Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process

Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data

Making feature recommendations to the Product Management team, based on user feedback, satisfaction studies, and competitive benchmarks

Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed.

Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.

Work with in-house or external writers and other content creators to create the desired content.

Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.

Create and manage budgets for the

product.

Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

5 years + experience in product or partner marketing experience or a related field

Strong sales enablement

Experience working in a start-up or scaling business

Excellent communication skills

Must be proactive and able to drive the team to achieve results
