Ries Engineering S.Co. (RESCO) started operation in 1961 as an Engineering Department of one sister company, Paul Ries & Sons (Ethiopia) Ltd. It was later on established as an independent company in its present premises in 1965.

RESCO now represents the following internationally reputed companies at present.

Caterpillar – Earth Moving Machineries.
Massey Ferguson – Agricultural tractors.

Situated in the southern outskirts of Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia, RESCO is set-up on a total area of 28,000 m2, which houses all essential facilities established to meet its customers’ needs.

Main Duties

Organize, direct, coordinate, & supervise the

activities of the Rental & used Department.

Conduct market assessment periodically & determine size & type of fleet.

Ensures the efficient operation of the rental service & evaluates its performance regularly


Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

BA Degree in Marketing or Business Management

Experience

Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in machine rental business or construction machines sales.

Other Requirements

Excellent communication skill both Amharic & English verbally & in writing.

Broad understanding in managing the operation of the rental activities.

Good organization and leading skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word & Outlook.
