Purpose of the Consultancy

The impact assessment will be conducted to determine if the Restless Development implementation of the programme achieved targeted impacts as described on the program’s logical framework analysis.

The main users of the evaluation results include Restless Development Community Novo Foundation and Government of the United Republic of Tanzania (GOT).

In addition, the aspect of attribution and the role of Restless Development in changes found need to be determined.

The consultant will have to present a complete methodological proposal and financial proposal as part of the bidding process.
