Purpose of the Consultancy

The implementation of Tutimize Ahadi program has achieved its anticipated impact as described/stipulated in the program's Logical Framework Analysis.

The main users of the evaluation results include Restless Development, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Government of the United Republic of Tanzania (GoT).

About the Consultancy

The required impact assessment must be assessed against a baseline study. Also, the outputs as pointed out in the logical framework should be used to measure the progress/achievements against the outputs.

The consultant will have to present a complete methodological proposal and financial proposal as part of the bidding process. This section should address the key aspects listed below.
