    Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Savings and Loaning Groups through meetings and as per
    monthly plan in your working area.
  • Facilitate trainings at group levels on Heifers Corner Stones, youth group
    management, Gender and learning tours.
  • Conduct regular visits to groups and households for helping, advises and
    feedbacks to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide technical support to youth groups on record keeping (Ensuring
    accuracy information on meetings held, group status, list of group members,
    amount of savings, number of loans, income and expenditure as well the status of
    production)
  • Ensuring full participation of youth Self Help Groups and Community
    members in development activities such as village roads constructions, public
    houses, bole holes, farms and irrigation infrastructures.

    Qualifications

  • Must be a youth below the age of 24 years.
  • Must be ready to work and live in the rural areas.
  • Must be a graduate in Agriculture fields especially Agribusiness
  • Must be ready to volunteer to work with youth self help groups and VSLAs.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in working with groups, livestock and
    agricultural activities.
  • Must be role model with positive attitudes to youth aged from 15-24yrs.
  • Must be confident and ready to work with both youth male and female.
  • Must not have any criminal record.
