  • Well known group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to travel between Constantia & Camps Bay.

    Responsibility:

  • Opening & closing of stores

  • Daily cash up/Petty cash schedule

  • Entering of daily stock invoices

  • Stock count

  • Beverage & Alcohol count

  • Rostering of staff and managing staff hours and costs

  • Store maintenance and hygiene

  • Health and Safety

  • Good knowledge of wines

  • Knowledge of crockery and cutlery and counting

  • Managing large groups

    Must have:

  • Drivers licence and car

  • Must be flexible with working hours

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the restaurant industry

  • Must understand a POS system ideally Micros

  • Must know excel and word

  • Outgoing and friendly – good customer relation skills
