Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field

2 years working in a professional organization

Written and Spoken Fluency in Amharic (additional local languages would be an advantage) and basic English

Outgoing, friendly and patient personality

Energetic and quick on your feet

Team-player

Ability to handle different personality types
