Job Description

  • Prepare sales and purchase contract
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external staff and business partner
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Explain terms and conditions to customers
  • Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and delivery of the taxis)
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
  • Create standards for existing and new contracts
  • Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
  • Maintains contract database and provides required scheduled and on demand reporting.
  • Work with different teams involved to ensure all contract deliveries are in fact delivered
  • Works with finance and other department to ensure all requirement is met on the contract
    coordinates contract formation, review, and execution of all customer contracts and report
    on all the current status
  • Preparing reports on all the contract status
  • Handle and negotiate and finalize contracts directly with customer and internal staff
  • Manage and administer all contracts, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to guide execution and performance across all department
  • Maintain and handle all of the company contractual records and documentation.
  • Track and monitor existing agreements, as well as pending deals and upcoming expiration/renewals
  • Work directly with Sales and After sale team throughout contract process;
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration that support business strategy
  • Perform other duties assigned.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years in documentation, contract handling,Marketing and sales is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent verbal, written skills
  • Excel and Word proficiency necessary
