Research Funding

I am a Masters (Molecular Medical Microbiology)student of Kampala International University, Ishaka, Busheny, Uganda. I want to do my research project on GBV-C and its associated risk factors on blood donor population in Kano Nigeria. My search data collection methods are ELISA, PCR and questionnaire.

Now, my specific question is that can I get funding for this work, especially on ELISA and rt-RT-PCR or Multiplex PCR Kits for HBV,HCV, HIV and GBV-C.
Or on the other hand, is it possible to get a lab that can help me run my 400 samples for these viruses using ELISA and PCR?
