Research fund for PhD Student in Africa

I won the scholarship competition for PhD study. the project cover the cost of the study for only one years but the study programme will be completed in three years.

I need to have research fund and fund to cover the study other 2 years. This is my Question? The study programme PhD in Soil Science.
