Research Analytics International Field enumerators and supervisors Jobs in Ethiopia; Enumerators will play a critical role in gathering high‑quality, reliable field data. The role involves mandatory training, travel to intervention communities, administering survey instruments, and ensuring data integrity throughout the collection process.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Attend and actively participate in all pre‑deployment training and pre‑testing of survey instruments.

Administer surveys and conduct interviews according to project protocols and sampling guidelines.

Ensure questionnaires are accurate, complete, and uploaded daily.

Coordinate closely with team leaders, adhere to field ethics, obtain informed consent, and maintain confidentiality.

Conduct interviews in appropriate local languages with cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications & Key Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, or related field.

Proven experience as a quantitative/qualitative enumerator or data collector.

Familiarity with mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, CSPro).

Mandatory fluency in specified local languages for the country applied.

Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
