Request for Scholarship

I am a Kenyan student interested in scholarships abroad but I have a high proficiency level and good command in the English language because it is our language of study here in Kenya. I also cannot afford to register and pay TOEFL tests.so I was asking if there are any scholarships available for me.those that don't require TOEFL scores.please update me,if there are any available for me.
