Job Description

Meets/exceeds the annual sales volumes and growth plans set for the Active Distributor (AD).

Manages a team of retail sales representative (RSR)/whole sales representative (WSR) to optimize the performance in their assigned territory.

Works closely with the Active Distributor in key areas of operation: stock & order management, demand forecasting, credit management, operational ROI, sales team KPIs.

Develops productive relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in the area to support the AD’s business.

Develop the capability of each RSR/WSR through regular on-the-job coaching and minimize regrettable attrition.

Monitors competitor activity in the territory and report back any key findings to the Regional Account Manager as soon as possible.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years and above experience in developing distributors in FMCG environment with minimum 3 years senior level position.

BA degree in Sales and Marketing, economics or any other related fields.
