Relief International Global Automation and IT System Specialist Jobs in Kenya; The Global Automation and IT System Specialist is a key technical expert within Relief International’s global IT function. The role transforms business processes through automation and digital solutions, driving initiatives with Microsoft Power Platform technologies while supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and core IT systems administration. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on automation, reporting, and digital transformation, with 40% dedicated to broader IT systems support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data solutions to support decision‑making.

  • Lead administration, support, and migration of business processes from Smartsheet to Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).

  • Support global IT operations, including Azure/Entra ID administration, user access management, infrastructure support, training, and continuous improvement.

    About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated experience developing robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate,
    Power Fx, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, user administration, and systems integration.

  • Experience with Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and business process improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional fluency in English required.

  • Microsoft Power Automate RPA certifications and knowledge of AI/machine learning technologies desirable.
