Regional Sales Manager Jobs in Kenya – Energy Efficient Products

Our client is a well established distributor of high-quality and affordable, energy-efficient firewood and charcoal cook-stoves as well as solar house hold products.

They are looking to recruit a competent Sales Manager who will be responsible of overseeing sales and operations in the Eastern and western regions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall field sales program, driving effective and efficient activities to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate sales agents’ recruitment and training
  • Coordinate and organize sales agents schedules and field activities on a weekly and monthly basis
    Offer mentorship and support to the appointed sales agents ensuring they are equipped and supported to achieve their targets
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Implement new products and services through lean start-up methodology of testing to provide customer value add and sustainability
  • Reconcile field activities and submit reports to the executive team consistently
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operations sales reports
  • Oversee completion of projects as required by management

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or related field of study
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales management
  • Experience managing a
    field sales program is highly desired
  • Excellent coordination, planning and administrative skills
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across the regions
  • Results oriented with strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in renewable energy/ Micro Finance sector will be an added advantage
