    We are looking for experienced advisors to lead Data Use and Behavior Change for the cultural transformation for data use for decision making activities under an anticipate 5 years USAID-funded electronic Health Information System activity.

    Essential Functions

  • You will work under the supervision of the Regional Evaluation Directors, in close collaboration with the Integrated Field Implementation team.

    More specifically, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of the Behavior Change Strategy
    on Data Use
  • Oversee quality data-capturing at all levels of the regional and sub-regional level
  • Promote the use of data for decision making at all levels of the health system
  • Ensure that health program managers have the capacity to use data for routine decision making
  • Ensure quality reporting at regional and sub-regional level
  • Supervise the M&E team at regional level
    Oversee data quality assurance activities

    Job Requirements

    Your background

  • A degree in public health, epidemiology, monitoring & evaluation, demography, biostatistics, or statistics or any other similar field
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in establishing/ designing M&E systems and tools, and managing data-intensive programs, preferably in health
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative M&E data collection and analysis methods, including tracking outcome indicators
  • Experience with behavior change and data use
  • Experience in M&E and data quality management related to health programs
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in data-capturing and reporting
