Job Description

Revenue Generation & Business Development

  • Drive Service Sales Growth: Own and execute end‑to‑end sales lifecycle for ServiceNow services (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, custom workflows).

  • Enterprise Deal Closing: Lead discovery, solution shaping, value alignment and contract negotiations for complex enterprise B2B deals.

  • Pipeline Management: Build, qualify and manage pipeline across new‑logo acquisitions and account expansions.

    Strategic Account & Go‑To‑Market Management

  • Territory & Account Planning: Implement target account mapping strategies across German corporate market.

  • C‑Suite Engagement: Cultivate long‑term relationships with CIOs, CTOs and IT Directors.

  • Partner Co‑Selling: Collaborate with ServiceNow field teams, alliance partners and solution architects.

    Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and clear deal progression metrics.

  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate with presales, delivery, legal and operations teams to structure competitive proposals and SOWs.

    Requirements

    Experience

  • 5+ years’ proven track record in enterprise IT service sales.

  • Hands‑on experience selling ServiceNow platform solutions and managed services.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding revenue quotas.

  • Experience interpreting
    consultant specifications and tender documents.

    Language Proficiency

  • C2 German level mandatory (native/fluent for C‑level negotiation and technical discussions).

  • Professional working proficiency in English required.

    Ecosystem Expertise

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery).

  • Knowledge of digital transformation paradigms.

    Remote Work Capability

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in 100% remote setup while managing German client engagements.
