Reeds Africa Consult Sales Personnel (Concrete Paving Sales Rep) Jobs in Kenya;Our client in the construction industry (concrete paving stones) is seeking to recruit Sales Personnel responsible for initiating, driving, and closing sales within the construction and landscaping sectors. This role requires a blend of general sales skills and specific knowledge of construction materials, applications, and industry practices.

Job Description

  • Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes.

  • Accurately track sales activities using CRM software and submit timely performance and expense reports.

  • Visit client sites/projects to take measurements, advise on area coverage, and provide technical sales assistance.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand cabro market reach.

  • Maintain market awareness of opportunities such as upcoming businesses, homeowners, and housing projects.

  • Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in marketing activities.

  • Follow up on outstanding proposals and estimates with clients through project visits.

  • Coordinate with sales administrator and logistics team for daily product delivery.

  • Develop deep knowledge of cabro products (specifications, colors, applications) to align solutions with customer
    needs.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and quotations to contract negotiation and timely product delivery.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven experience in cabro/construction industry sales.

  • Experience using CRM software for sales practices.
