Reeds Africa Consult Sales Coordinator Jobs in Kenya; Highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented professional responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth across schools, bookstores, institutions, distributors, and other key markets.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and support daily operations of the Sales Department.

  • Supervise and guide Sales Representatives to achieve targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, bookstores, distributors, and institutions.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.

  • Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and book fairs.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Track inventory levels and communicate stock requirements.

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow up on leads.

  • Ensure accurate sales documentation and maintain customer records.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • At least 5 years’ sales experience, with 2 years in supervisory/coordination
    role.

  • Experience in publishing, education, or FMCG sector an added advantage.

  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
