Reeds Africa Consult Outsourced Services Accounting Manager Jobs in Kenya; Seeking an experienced Outsourced Services Accounting Manager for a growing professional services firm offering Accounting, Payroll, Fund Management, Audit, and Advisory solutions.

Job Purpose

  • Lead and grow the Outsourced Business Services division.

  • Combine strong technical expertise with leadership, client management, and commercial acumen.

    Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services.

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Review financial reports, payroll outputs, tax/statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide clients with financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance.

  • Drive business development through client expansion, referrals, and new opportunities.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team.

  • Ensure efficient processes, system utilization, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent qualification (mandatory).

  • 6–8 years’ relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced services.

  • Minimum 2–3 years
    in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and service delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms, and tax/statutory platforms.
