Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance to potential buyers.

Sales Process Management:

Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries and referrals.

Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales effectively.

Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle sales and deliveries

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-sale support, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting and Compliance:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid Kenyan driver's license with a clean driving record.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
