Reeds Africa Consult Finance Manager (Consultancy Firm) Jobs in Kenya; The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, management, and reporting for the Kenya office, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and alignment with global financial policies. This role requires a seasoned, hands-on individual with strong finance and accounting experience in a consultancy environment. Someone capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Reporting To: Country Head, Kenya and Head of Finance, Global HQ


Key Responsibilities:

Routine Financial Operations

Financial planning and budgetary controls

Project & Management Accounting

Statutory Compliance

Staff & Operational Oversight

Controls enhancement

Qualifications & Experience:


Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

5+ years of progressive experience in finance within a consultancy environment.

Qualified Accountant (ICPAK, ACCA or equivalent).

Proven experience managing audits, statutory compliance, and multi-currency environments.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations in Kenya.

Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills.

Experience with Sage, Tally, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with international donor-funded project reporting.

Experience preparing financial models and cost structures for consulting projects.
