Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business development and market expansion initiatives

  • Identify, qualify, and develop high‑value business opportunities

  • Manage and strengthen the business opportunity pipeline

  • Develop strategic client, stakeholder, and partnership relationships

  • Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis activities

  • Guide and develop the Strategic Business Development team

  • Support strategic negotiations and major business engagements

    Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

    Experience

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project development, proposal management, engineering coordination, commercial, or leadership roles

  • Strong industry knowledge and proven business development experience
