Redfox Electromechanical Engineering Content & Multimedia Designer Jobs in Ethiopia;The Content & Multimedia Designer will develop creative and engaging content showcasing RedFox’s projects, solutions, products, services, achievements, and activities.
The role combines content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, social media management, and brand support to strengthen RedFox’s visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Graphic Design
Develop creative content highlighting RedFox’s projects, solutions, and achievements
Design high‑quality graphics for social media, campaigns, events, and presentations
Create short‑form video content for digital platforms
Transform technical information into clear, engaging visuals
Ensure all content follows RedFox’s brand identity and standards
Maintain organized source files for all creative materials
Photography & Videography / Content Collection
Visit project sites, offices, and events to collect original photo and video content
Plan content requirements before site visits
Capture high‑quality photographs and video footage of projects, products, and activities
Identify opportunities for content creation during project execution
Organize and maintain a digital library of content assets
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams for information and access
Social Media Management
Manage RedFox’s social media platforms and daily content activities
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars
Schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms
Monitor engagement and respond or escalate as needed
Track and report social media performance metrics
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for visibility
Use insights to continuously improve content and engagement
Marketing & Campaign Support
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop content for brand awareness and lead generation
Create concepts and content for campaigns, exhibitions, and events
Develop project‑based content showcasing technical capabilities and solutions
Support employer branding and company culture content
Brand Management & Collaboration
Ensure consistency in RedFox’s visual identity and messaging
Review creative materials for quality and accuracy
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify content opportunities
Collect project updates, testimonials, and technical information for content development
Support internal communication and marketing materials
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or related field
Certification or training in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Multimedia (advantageous)
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing
Proven experience creating visual content for digital and social media platforms
Strong knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software
Practical photography and videography skills
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic (additional languages advantageous)
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple assignments
