Redfox Electromechanical Engineering Business Development Specialist Jobs in Ethiopia;Development Division in identifying, pursuing, and developing business opportunities that contribute to organizational growth and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities

Monitor public and private sector opportunities and potential clients

Support opportunity qualification and pipeline development

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

Participate in business meetings, presentations, and client engagements

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends

Identify potential sectors and markets for expansion

Coordinate with the Project Development Division during opportunity handover

Support business cases and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or related field

Skills

Strong skills in opportunity identification, customer engagement, market research, negotiation, and CRM management

Strong communication, networking, initiative, adaptability, and problem‑solving abilities
