Our client is looking for an RDO Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as manager of the Results Delivery Office for the delivery of the Must Win Battle programme and all initiatives within Business.

  • Provide support to initiative leads in the development and execution of their plans.

  • Identify, communicate, resolve and escalate risks, issues, interdependencies, opportunities and best practice across the whole programme across all functions.

  • Maintain an integrated view of all in initiatives.

  • Resolve in country RDO risks and issues, escalating where necessary.

  • Deliver consistency in programme and project management ways of working.

  • Through strong relationship building and expert analysis, challenge, shape and improve the initiatives to increase both impact and likelihood of success.

  • Ensure the Delivery of the entire PIP programme across the business.

  • Facilitate the setup of the mechanisms (forums, reports, tools etc.) in the business to govern & track strategic initiatives (including the specific KPI's to be tracked).

  • Develop taxonomy integrating all functional improvements scopes of work to MWB’s.

  • Manage the process of integrating functional work plans to ensure functional alignment to strategic intent.

  • Main interface between RDO and workstreams - accountable for ensuring delivery on project/programme performance, including value, costs, risks and dependencies.

  • Set Country results drumbeat (schedule of daily/weekly/monthly meetings).

  • Complete analysis / coaching support for workstreams - interpret data, identify potential issues and present this in a way that facilitates effective decision making.

  • Provide expertise into development of business cases related back to the P&L across the sugar market and Agric.

  • Prepare and distribute consolidated data for RDO and SteerCos.

  • Link business initiatives to strategy with the ability to prioritize given business needs.

  • Engage with the business and initiative leads to gain the understanding of and to collect and collate the required information to produce the dashboards, metrics and reports.

  • Close co-ordination with finance BP and functions to ensure PIP and MWB financials are controlled right through our ERP, budgeting to the bottom line.

  • Ensure delivery of the Results Delivery
    Office plan as required using reports from initiative leads and the outcomes of project.

  • Build and maintain a central repository of project folders, documents, templates and knowledge to create a sustainable online library of re-useable data to help inform future developments and support initiative leads.

  • Work with initiative leads to develop and maintain the six key requirements for success.

  • Organise workshops to identify areas of improvement for initiatives and projects.

  • Change Management expert that ensures all MWB’s follow company change model with strong interface with OE.

  • Be conversant with the financial discipline required to manage projects and able to assist in budget tracking.

  • Project/programme planning-support and ensure the development of a well-structured and governed plan.

  • Experience in cross functional business programmes.

  • Respected and influential, able to challenge leadership team and create healthy tension during decision making.

  • Alignment / Influence: Manage strategic change, alignment and delivery in-Country.

  • Direction: Creates clear direction on strategic Portfolio millstones and accountabilities.

  • Commitment: Build shared sense of goals and purpose and removal of roadblocks to delivering must-win battles targets.

  • Communication: Communicate/succinctly articulate must-win battles progress in-country and how the strategic portfolio will realise the long term vision and convey related sense of optimism / motivation.

    Quaifications:

  • Business or Engineering degree.

  • Wide cross functional business experience (Strong preference).

  • At least 10 years' experience of which 5+ years’ direct work experience in PMO; knowledge of programme management techniques and tools

  • PMP (or equivalent).
