Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to manage the sustainable & profitable development of all teams and logistics activities within their scope.

Responsibilities:

Define & communicate goals to N-1 based on objectives set by General Management.

Inform N-1 of the entity strategy/ evolutions and communicate on required alignments.

Determine reporting lines and staffing requirements in line with the volume of business.

Assess the performance of N-1 • Manage the competencies (training needs) of N-1.

Plan and control the application of leave management.

Initiate and/ or validate recruitments requests issued by N-1.

Arbitrate internal litigations within own scope.

Validation of internal and external Standard Operating Procedures & Freight forwarding solutions.

Organize quality audits (internal & external) at least once a year to ensure that all procedures are adhered to & follow the execution of corrective actions plans.

Manage High Level Client Relationship.

Ensure Quality of Service.

Monitor Profitability.

Operational Risk Management and Reporting.

Qualifications:

University undergraduate or master’s degree – preferably in a Logistics related field.

At least 10 years’ experience in Logistics and International Freight Forwarding.

At least 10 years’ experience as a manager.

Knowledge in Finance Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Good use of email.

Excellent communicator.
