Our Client is looking for a Head of Security & Loss Control to join their team based in Malawi

Duties to Include

Plan, organize, direct and manage the organizations security program to avoid/ control losses and apply the processes to provide a secure work environment

Monitoring public areas for potential threats

Reviewing inventory and stock and investigating suspected pilferage by employees

Survey information facilities, processes, and systems to evaluate current status of: physical security, procedural security, information systems security, employee awareness, and information destruction and recovery capabilities

Following and confronting suspected threats
Conduct Investigations

Documenting theft and other security violations

Help the company develop security policies
Overseeing IT security such as CCTV, etc

Key Skills

Must have strong security & loss control background

Familiar with CCTV and IT security systems

Attention to detail

Disaster Recovery Management skills

Required Skills

3 Years of Experience

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Security Management / Loss Control or related
