Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Manager for a people centric business in a technology and service based industry. You will manage the entire HR function of the organization and report directly to the CEO with a key focus on talent management.
Responsibilities:
Contribute towards business strategy, ensure business support and jointly prepare the HR Plan and strategy
Collaborate as HR Partner with the Department heads to meet the business objectives and that of the departments.
Review and where required formulate HR Policies and SOP
Drive the understanding of people and organisational implications of the business strategy and goals
Management of end-to-end recruitment processes including the onboarding of new employees.
Manage the employee lifecycle and develop the potential and performance of people.
Promote effective teamwork, encourage and empower others to work collaboratively to deliver on the department and company objectives.
Performance management, compensation and benefits
Enable a high performance, high engagement culture in the organisation.
Drive holistic wellness, which includes physical and emotional wellbeing, in the workplace through dedicated social systems, tracking and monitoring mechanisms and employee awareness and education.
Administration
Identify training needs analysis of the business, including skills gap analysis, development of individual training plans and facilitate the same with internal and external resources
Comply with the requirements of all relevant legislation, standards and codes pertaining to the functions of your role.
