Job Description

  • Supporting the finance team with data entry and maintaining proper
    financial documents.
  • Helping with financial software and systems, such how to use accounting
    software and other financial tools to generate reports
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team, such as
    scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Learning about financial regulations and compliance and supporting compliance.
  • Shadowing more experienced finance professionals, learning about their day-to-day
    tasks, and picking their brain for tips and best practices.

    Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program related to finance, economics, or business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
