Raising Gabdho Behavioral Change Intern Jobs in Uganda



Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the development of community engagement and behavior chang strategies.
  • Helping to conduct assessments and research to understand community needs and behaviors.
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of behavior change campaigns and activities
  • Helping to monitor and evaluate the impact of behavior change programs
  • Participating in community engagement and outreach activities
  • Assisting with the development of training materials and resources for community members
  • Helping to document best practices and lessons learned
  • Communicating and disseminating program findings to internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as
    public health, international development, sociology, psychology, or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with community engagement and behavior change principles, methods, and tools.
  • Experience working in a community-based setting or in a developing country may be desirable but not always mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
