Job DescriptionDesign, install, maintain and manage the company IT infrastructure.
Insure all Rainbow Foam Industry standard software are installed on every Rainbow computers and make sure that all computers and
IT infrastructure follows the company IT policy
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes of planning, organizing, and scheduling work
Servers, desktop Computers, Printer and Photocopier Maintenance's and troubleshooting have to done timely.
Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
Power protection and backup devices connected to all network devices to protect them from damage due to power.
Support Procurement officers in identifying the right IT related equipment's purchase.
Follow up on IT related equipment maintenance in collaboration with other units.
Make filed visit to our branches for IT support and back up.
Take IT equipment and products inventory audit report periodically.
Design, maintain and train Rainbow foam industry ERP system.
Willing to work in collaboration with 3rd party software vendors.
Have experience worked on factory ERP system.
Perform daily and weekly backup as per company ERP backup
procedure.
Make sure that standard Antivirus software is installed in company computers and frequently
Follow up all IT equipment's i.e. computers, printers and photocopiers are dust protected.
Follow up computer and network users are using internet service without interruption.
Provide continues support for concern staff on
Outlook usage.
Printer and Scanner usage.
IT equipment usage.
On how to access rainbow network and web based services.
On how to take backups from their system and recovering files.
Awareness creation about Rainbow foam industry IT police and on Rainbow Foam Industry ERP individually and in-group.
Work in cooperation with the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Ethio-Telecom to fix problems when service failure occurred from their side.
Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Degree in computer science or related field
Experience
2 years and above
Cisco certification advantageous
