Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometres from Bole International Airport would like to announce the following open position.

Main Objectives

The post holder will be in charge of the day to day security activities of the hotel.
He or she will be leading and managing the security team in the absence of the Chief Safety and Security Officer.

He or she will also be in charge of arranging rosters and ensure the resources necessary for the team to carry out their duties are all in place.

He or She will actively provide relevant training and keep a positive and active relationship with the local law enforcement agencies.

Job Requirements

Competencies and qualifications required:

A diploma or degree from a well recognized university or college

Good command of oral and written English

Willing to work in shifts

Minimum of five years relevant work experience

Having hotel experience is an advantage

Good team player and energetic

Self starter, able to work under pressure and result driven

Good track record of supervision and managerial ability

Good timekeeping
