Raa Limited CCTV Controller Jobs in Kenya; are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller to support monitoring and operational security. The role involves real-time monitoring of CCTV systerra, fat tracking, cargo movement coordination, and overseeing vehicle and delivery operations to emure safety, accountability, and compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to respond promptly to incidents, monitor route compliance, and support efficient day-to-day operations




What You Will Do

  • Monitor CCTV systems and fleet tracking platforms continuously.

  • Track vehicle movement and ensure route compliance via MettaX and VSS platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through camera monitoring.

  • Monitor loading and offloading of goods via CCTV.

  • Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and relevant departments during emergencies or operational challenges.

  • Review CCTV footage and tracking history when required for investigations.

  • Prepare daily operational and tracking reports.

    Education and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, Logistics, Transport Management, Criminology, or a related field.

  • Training in CCTV monitoring, GPS/fleet tracking systems, safety procedures, or
    emergency response (advantageous).

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems.

  • Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, logistics coordination, or fleet tracking.

  • Experience in incident reporting and operational communication.

  • Experience in transport or logistics environment (advantageous).

  • Strong observation and monitoring skills.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.

  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.l
