R4K Depot Sales Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

Our client are a respected brand in Kenya, largely known for quality, dairy products and they
seek to hire a Depot Sales Supervisor to achieve maximum sales profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing Sales from the multiple depots across Nairobi

Supervising Salesmen across depots

Ensuring the sales target for each depot is met within the approved budget

Ensuring 100% collection is done by the sales team on a daily basis

Creating an environment of sales discipline in the depot

Following a high performance driven culture at the depots

Relevant Work Experience

Total of 5 years with at least 2 years in Dairy (Fresh Milk) working in General trade.

Experience

Minimum, Diploma in Sales and Marketing

Relevant Professional body qualifications is a strong advantage

Experience in FMCG sales like foods & beverages is a must

Computer literate & Excellent presentation skills

Hands on individual able to handle pressure
