Qualifications for Admission to Local Universities

I have passes in five subjects in my previouse WASSCE exams, which excludes Mathematics. Can I get admission into any local university in Ghana?

That will wholly depend with the cut points given down and other requirements as well given by the institution. In this case I cannot give a certain answer unless you inquire from the concerned institutions.
