Job summary:

To provide effective and efficient Front Office Services to the Publics in order to project a positive image of the organization

Duties & Responsibilities:

To receive and direct all visitors to their intended destinations

Answering and referring inquiries

Keep an updated record of internal staff direct telephone numbers

Project a good image of the company to all callers, visitors to the the company as a whole.

Coordinate with the cleaners to maintain a clean the reception area a which is attractive at all times

Ensures the availability of up-to-date Organizational materials at the reception (pamphlets, newsletters, newspapers)

Maintain proper care and security to the telecommunication equipment e.g. Switchboard, headsets etc. in her custody

Receives and dispatches letters and ensure the security and confidentiality of the same is upheld.

Receiving invoices, posting in ACCPAC system and forwarding them to procurement

Receives company cheques, record, and dispatch them to Account Receivables

Receives and distributes daily newspapers to allocated offices or personnel

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Diploma in a business related course / ‘O’ Levels or equivalent

0 to 1 years of experience in related field
