QAQC Manager Jobs in Ghana

A leading and advancing Multinational civil engineering & construction company is seeking to engage the services of professionals with the requisite profiles to full its vacancy to undertake roles its new project site: Site Planner / Scheduler (Code: SP/S-00030)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all shortages, blend/batch size/capacity issues, are communicated to all relevant parties

• Ensure all communication both formal and informal is concise and effective

• Work closely with the Owner, designers and project managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded design/build construction project schedules using MS Project 2016

• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline

• Gather and analyse information to prepare reports on the progress of projects, frequent on-site visits to review construction progress are required

• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance

• Work in collaboration with the project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting

• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems

Skills Set

• Extremely proficient in MS Office

• Superior interpersonal and demonstrated
facilitation skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple requests/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities

• Strong organisational, analytical and writing skills, including solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications

• Excellent communication skills

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a Bachelor's equivalent degree from a recognised university with an experience combination in construction and/or engineering will be an added advantage

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience
