Public Service Commission Kenya Programme Officer II Jobs;This is an entry and training grade for officers in the social or public service sector. An officer at this level may be deployed in either the Social Sector or the Public Service Sector.

Key Responsibilities

At Social Sector

  • Undertake research for resource mobilization.

  • Collect and analyze data on social sector reforms.

  • Collect and collate data for Special Government Initiatives.

  • Prepare data collection tools for tracking institutionalization of Special Government Initiatives in public sector institutions.

    At Public Service Sector

  • Collect, collate and compile data on implementation of Public Sector Reforms.

  • Collect data for Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR).

  • Undertake training and capacity‑building for MDAs implementing Public Sector Reforms.

  • Collect and collate data on thematic areas of innovation and incubation of public sector reforms.

  • Collect data to support technical advice for MDAs on Public Sector Reforms.

  • Update information in the Central Database for public sector reforms.
