For appointment to this grade, a candidate must Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Sociology, Government, Anthropology, Geography, Meteorology, Commerce, Economic, Statistics, Transportation and Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering from a university recognized in Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is an entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under
the guidance and supervision of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities at this level
will include:-

Compiling and carrying out preliminary analysis of air transport data;

Preparing and processing of airline schedules;

Drafting briefs and reports on air transport matters;

Preparing county status reports for facilitation of air transport; and

Liaising with other departments and agencies on matters related to air transport
