Public Health Scholarships

I am a Medical Director of Tandala hospital which has 176 beds with 4 Physicians (General practioners) and 60 Nurses.
1. After being trained I would like to return to my country to teach others and to work on that field.
2. What may be your suggestion to increase my chances of obtaining a Scholarship that is available before I make the application?
