Progressive Credit HR Business Partner Jobs in Kenya



Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational design, HR strategy, and change management.

  • Lead talent and performance management to improve employee engagement.

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, policy development, and statutory compliance.

  • Drive organizational effectiveness through HR projects, process improvement, and performance management.

    Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

  • 3 years’ experience in the micro‑financial industry desirable.

  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.

  • Strong technical and soft skills.

  • Key competencies: Developing Standards, Fostering Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, and People Skills.
