Key Responsibilities

  • Execute line production plan

  • Maintain high levels of Hygiene, Sanitation and Cleanliness

  • Ensure material requisitions are raised strictly as per the production plan requirements.

  • Ensure material return notes are raised for any RPM material not required.

  • Ensure all Machine Operators’ and Cooks’

  • Score Cards are duly filled and signed by the relevant daily.

  • Collect and summarize data on daily line-wise damages.

  • Maximize resource utilization i.e. Machinery, Manpower & Materials

  • Ensuring systems are implemented and identifying potential areas of improvement.

  • Ensuring machines are well maintained; trained personnel are assigned and prompt action when a breakdown occurs.

    Qualifications

  • BSc. OR Diploma Food Science & Technology
