A well established, reputable, private level 5 Hospital and CT scan, well equipped laboratory and state of the art. We are recruiting the following positions:

Reporting to the chief executive officer the successful candidate will be responsible for the following amongst others

Essential functions

  • Formulating and articulating ICT strategy, systems and policies in alignment with the hospital business strategy
  • Evaluating corporate and functional ICT needs and identifying suitable ict solutions
  • Liaising with line managers to provide adequate ict support for operational efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Coordinating ict acquisition and implementation of appropriate hardware and software
  • Ensuring reliable ,consistent quality and secure ict infrastructure
  • Managing implementation of identified ict projects
  • Facilitating internal capacity building for optimal utilization of ict systems

    Qualification, skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
  • Masters in project management desirable
  • Professional certificate in Microsoft certified engineering, Microsoft certified professional, database administration or systems development is desirable
  • Seven years' experience 3 years in managerial position
  • Working knowledge of ERB and databases
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/ VPN , firewall and routers
  • Conceptual, analytical and creative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and abreast of technological developments
  • Certification from relevant recognized professional bodies
