A well established, reputable, private level 5 Hospital and CT scan, well equipped laboratory and state of the art. We are recruiting the following positions:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the ideal candidate who should possess a fine blend of financial and administration leadership and technical skills will provide overall leadership of the finance and administration department

Essential Functions:

Provides strategic leadership in business and financial planning, monitoring management and reporting including development policies, systems, processes that would safe guard the financial resources and lead to attainment of set goals and objectives.

Solid financial management orientation

Strong corporate planning and budgeting skills

Good understanding of ERB and other MIS in multifunctional environment

Excellent people management and leadership skills

Develop and present financial reports in a timely, clear, and accurate manner, in accordance with hospital policies and procedure, for effective organizational management.

Establish financial controls and evaluate potential hospital expenditure

Manage organizational cash flow.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Exprience

Masters of business administration(finance option)

Bachelors in commerce, accounting, Economics, Finance or related field

CPA (K)

10 years' experience 3 years as senior financial manager preferably in Hospital management

Comfort with technology; experience working with various computer and financial programs and platforms.

Team player and thrive on collaboration.
