Private Girls Secondary School Deputy Principal Jobs in Kenya

A private Girls Secondary school is interested in hiring an experienced Deputy Principal. The School is a full boarding school based on Christian principles. It offers both the local 8-4-4 system of education and the British National Curriculum IGCSE '0' Level examinations. She will provide support to the Principal of the School in the development and implementation of education plans, policies, programs and curriculum activities.

Requirements

The Applicant must have a Bachelor in Education and Management Course.

She must have 10 years teaching experience in a high school and 5 years experience as a Deputy Principal.

She must have integrity; must have good planning and organizational and managerial skills; must be an effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills in English language.
