The mission is implementing its strategy of diversifying its funding sources while it used to have one major donor. Currently, four donors (BHA, ECHO, CDCS, and NHF) and sometimes simultaneous deadlines to comply with, requiring anticipation and organization, and sang-froid; -

With its plan to expand its operations outside its historic intervention area of Borno State, such as the North-West, where needs are increasing.

This means a need to investigate further and dig into new areas where to intervene and new/potential donors to work with, keeping in mind that donors have specific rules, requirements, and templates, which sometimes need time to be explored -
