The recruiting entity is one of the largest Pensions Schemes in Kenya with a combined asset base of over Kshs 7 billion, seeks to recruit a suitable person to fill the following position: -

The ICT Officer will ensure the systems required to run the affairs of the Scheme are always running efficiently and shall provide support to the users in the use of the various integrated
systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration

• Ensuring there are backup and recovery policies.

• Maintenance of the Scheme Website

• Formulation of ICT policies and procedures

• Ensuring that there is a robust Business Continuity Plan.

• Support and implementation of ERP Systems.

• Managing the ICT budget

• Updating member’s contribution records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT related field

• Certification in SQL Database

• Certification in ERP Systems Development and Support

• At least three (3) Years’ experience managing systems in the Pensions or related Sector.
