Job Description

  • The Population Council is seeking firms that gives IT support service.

  • We are inviting qualified and registered firms to submit their quotations for IT support service and maintenance of office machine.

    Specific Responsibilities

  • To provide support for LAN infrastructure, telephone system and electric power maintenance within the office.

  • Provides support to computer users in the office

  • To provide advice and training to Population Council staff to ensure efficient use of computer applications.

  • To provide advice regarding IT plan and development.

  • To provide specifications for procurement of IT related equipment, parts and kits.

  • Training users on new software upgrades, e.g. Windows 10, Office2016 and communication tools

  • To provide support in the management and maintenance of ICT.

  • To establish and monitor systems process to ensure efficient ICT systems management.

  • To provide support and ensure ICT systems comply with CIT/GTI standards in country.

  • To provide support and ensure corporate standards are met all times.

  • Maintenance of Desktop, Laptops, UPS, Stabilizer, Printer, photocopy machine, Scanner and Fax Machine.

  • To provide support and maintenance for remote office.

    Job Requirements

    IT support firm who are qualified to apply shall fulfill the following minimum criteria for eligibility:

  • Company profile

  • Renewed trade license of the current year.

  • VAT and TIN registration certificates.
